KJYO-KFRR-KOKV-KJYO
It's been a while since I could get the camera back into the plane. Between the events of September 11, 2001 shutting down all airspace and then the limitations placed on general aviation, KJYO was severely limited in its operations for quite some time. On top of that, I was working hard on my instrument rating (finally achieved in November 2001!) so you can see why it's been a while since my last update. Well, here it is. It was a nice, clear, relatively calm day on 12 January 2002 - and all the airports were busy! Operations at Winchester (KOKV) and Leesburg were particularly...interesting. I didn't think I would have any passengers until I showed up at the airport and ran into a good flying buddy who said he'd tag along. He even volunteered to work the camcorder. So off we went. Enjoy!
