KJYO-KOKV
This was the type of day that the instrument rating was made for. Valley fog in the Shenandoah with low broken to scattered clouds over home base and the occassional rain shower thrown in to keep one on their toes. I flew to Winchester, VA (KOKV) and back home to Leesburg.
