Just a spur-of-the-moment flight to Charlottesville for a chance of "light" IMC. The Potomac TRACON is a new facility designed to house controllers for Richmond, VA (KRIC), Dulles International (KIAD), Reagan National (KDCA) and Baltimore-Washington International (KBWI) controllers. As of this flight, all but KBWI had moved into the facility.
