Stamp Run KOKV-KSHD-KJYO
Mel and I planned a stamp run/currency combination flight for this Saturday. He took the first shift and flew two approaches into Winchester, VA (KOKV) where we landed and went inside for a refreshment and a stamp.
It was a windy and bumpy day and I found myself concentrating on the horizon a good bit to help offset slight nausea. However, a few minutes on terra firma and a cool drink later, I was ready to take my shift at the controls to fly down to Shenandoah Regional then home to Leesburg.
