Power Outage at Another California ATC Facility

Another power outage in a California ATC facility - this time LA Center.  What gives?  Does the FAA have nobody planning for this sort of thing?

"We lost everything. We lost all power to phone lines, computers, everything," said Allen Kenitzer, a regional spokesman for the FAA.  Why?  Where were the generators?

The beat goes on. Some of this is really funny.  I especially "like" the way it is written. For example, about the number of flights is described in per minute vice per hour in the same sentence.  50% is significant, but 32/54 is not the same thing.
