Flight to Tarboro, NC - Part 3 of 3
This is our flight home after flying to Tarboro, NC (KETC), then to Rocky Mount, NC (KRWI) for fuel. Potomac Consolidated TRACON offered us the Dulles East Downwind Transition which we gladly accepted (to prevent what we call the "Grand Western Tour" far to the west of KIAD). While on the transition, PCT vectored an MD-80 directly below us. It's not often a spam can like us has jets vectored below us.
Look for him directly off the nose as he emerges from beneath us.
