080502 KISP-KEZF

Took off from Islip, NY (KISP) into an overcast layer (about 1500 feet thick) and smooth air. The undercast dissolved over northern New Jersey and a couple hours later found us on an extended straight-in approach to Fredericksburg, VA (KEZF).

080502 KJYO-KISP

IFR flight from Leesburg, VA to Islip, NY. This is the first time I've flown to New York and I had a nice solid cloud layer to get through before landing.
